When is commission charged?
The 5% commission is charged to the manufacturer only after successful order completion and delivery confirmation by the buyer. No subscriptions or hidden fees.
Is registration really free?
Yes. Buyers pay nothing. Manufacturers pay no registration or monthly fees β only commission on completed orders.
What if an order falls through?
If an order is not completed (cancellation, claim), no commission is charged. In case of dispute, we provide mediation through the platform.
How does payment work?
Payments go through the platform with escrow protection. Funds are released to the manufacturer after delivery confirmation. We support bank transfer and card payments.
Can I pay in CZK?
Yes. The platform supports CZK and EUR. Buyers pay in their regional currency, manufacturers receive payment in their preferred currency.
How is commission calculated on the deal marketplace?
The same β 5% of order value. No difference whether the order came from an inquiry or a deal listing.
